A superbly spacious, comfortable Cottage style apartment in Mundesley, North Norfolk with level access throughout including patios, 2 mins from the fantastic North Norfolk beach. The property also known as Sea Sounds is part of Seaview Court which is in an elevated position overlooking the sea, coast and the conservation held by holiday village Mundesley.

Mundesley is a traditional seaside resort with a Blue Flag sandy beach and promenade. It boasts a wonderful opportunity for walking, pub lunches and is a good base for exploring further afield.

Sea Sounds is one of seven privately owned apartments that make up Seaview Court, located in an elevated position overlooking the sea. It is an attractive cottage style apartment.

The coastline and village and are in the conservation area of Holiday Mundesley village. A very short walk from the beach and a 2-minute stroll. Mundesley is a traditional seaside village with a Blue Flag sandy beach and promenade, it is a favoured repeat destination for many families, year on year.

What you get

The space

Kitchen - Fully equipped fitted kitchen with granite worktops and integrated appliances. Electric ceramic hob and fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped 'cooks kitchen' with a selection of condiments and necessities. Large dining table with four chairs but with other chairs in the apartment it can seat up to 8.

Bedroom 1 - 1 King size bed, seating and with its own ensuite with bath and separate shower, washbasin and toilet. Door to patio with village views. 

Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds, adjacent shower room.

Both ensuite and shower rooms have tiled floors, thermostatic showers and storage spaces for your toiletries and accessories. The ensuite has a large "lounging " bath for soaking in, and a separate shower.

Utility - Sink unit with integrated washer/dryer. Drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Outside - Double doors lead from the sitting room to a large private patio. There are views from the patio over the village, esplanade and coast. Table and chairs for relaxing and dining. Parasol. BBQ. Lockable side entrance gate to car park giving secure storage for your equipment.


The apartment is quietly situated and is fitted out for all year round comfort and useability. It benefits from private parking and is the perfect place for a short or longer term holiday at any time of the year.

Mundesley is within a conservation area and is a traditional seaside resort with wide open stretches of beach. The apartment can sleep 4 and accommodate a dog. It also benefits from private parking and a large, private patio/garden area.
